Live Sale Policies

How do I claim an item?

Simply type Mine with the price and ID letter or item variant (IE Mine 25J or Mine 8 Cafe). Most items in our live sales have a number and letter combo; the number is the price and the letter is the ID/call letter. The letter makes it easier to know which piece/product you're claiming incase o overlapping pricing. NOTE; claims will not be accepted if they do not have the price included. 

How do I pay?

You're invoice will be sent to you email within 48 hours after the live sale. If you're a new customer, be sure to provide us with you email after purchasing. We accept PayPal, Venmo, credit card, and Zelle. Afterpay (scheduled payments over time) is available on our website and on PayPal.

When does my order ship?

Orders take 3-5 days to process after payment is received. if you need your order sooner or would like expedient shipping, let me know and I will see what we can do!

What's you policy on open carts?

We have options! We allow unpaid open carts for two weeks, partially paid for 3 weeks, and paid open boxes for up to 6 weeks (to save on shipping). Unpaid carts are "frozen" until payment is received meaning nothing can be added to the cart until its paid in full. If a cart remains unpaid for over 2 weeks, you'll receive a reminder with 48 hours to pay. If payment is not received, unpaid items will get reshelved. PLEASE COMMUNICATE that you would like your box to stay open within the first week otherwise I will consider it a abandoned and put your items back. 

Can I add to my order after the live sale?

OF COURSE! Please send screenshots of the item you'd like to add to you cart and as long as she available, she's yours!

What happens if I cancel an order or abandon a cart?

I understand sometimes we get caught up in the fun of the live sale and forget our wallets. I do allow for layaway for 3 weeks so please do not hesitate to ask. PLEASE CLAIM RESPONSIBLY AND WITH INTEGRITY. If you need to put an item back that you claimed, please inform me within 24 hours after the sale otherwise you will be charge a reshelving fee. If you need to cancel an entire order, you may but you will be suspended from claiming items at our lives and in our story sales for 3 weeks. If you abandon a cart or "ghost" on an order, you will be blocked from our accounts completely. 

General FAQs and Policies

Do you do custom orders for jewelry and such?

YES!! I have limited space available for customs at a time, but once a space is open it can be claimed! To grab your spot, follow our instagram and keep your eyes peeled on the story for spot openings. To get started, I'll need your email for you invoice. We'll do a free consultation and price estimate and you know you'd like a custom piece, I ask for a $30 non-refundable deposit to start designing. We'll try up to 10 designs and once you've picked your perfect design, I'll send over your invoice via PayPal. Once the invoice is paid in full, I'll begin stringing and knotting your piece. You'll get last looks once your piece is strung and then we'll get her knotted up and shipped out ASAP!

*Custom orders must be over $30 minimum. Beads and clasps may be special ordered for custom orders estimated over $150. I ask for a $40 non-refundable deposit ($10 extra) for special orders. 

*A$20 surcharge will be added for every 3 designs after you've reached the 10 design limit

*Please allow 3-5  business days for design work to begin and 4-6 business days for stringing and knot work to begin. 

*Pieces can take up to 2-4 weeks to be completed
