Using a blend of reiki, sekhem, and other modalities, I create a personalized energy healing experience for you. Through a laying of hands method, I focus on allowing the flow of energy through your body, aiding in unblocking stuck or stagnant energy. Whether you're seeking relaxation or deep healing, I'll work with you to create the perfect session tailored to your needs. After your booking has been accepted, you'll receive an email that includes options for your distance reiki session. You may choose as many or as little as you'd like! These options include: Crystal grid Singing bowls Drumming ASMR (soft speaking/whisper, tapping, brushing, etc) Aroma Therapy Smoke Cleansing Crystal Healing No-Contact (hover hands above chakra points) We'll start our session with an initial consultation to create the perfect experience for you. I'll guide you in a short meditation and then we'll begin. The intention of this energy healing session is to provide and hold the space for you to be able to fully relax. That can include all, some, or none of the options listed above, but no matter what you choose, this space and this time are dedicated to you and your healing. Curious?
